IP56 – Water resistance rating!
With an IP rating of 56, the electric scooter is specially designed for Nordic conditions. Furthermore, it is also protected against damage from particles. IP stands for International Protection and the IP system is used globally to classify a product’s protection against the ingress of solid objects and water. Bluetooth and App
The scooter is now equipped with Bluetooth and App so that you can lock the scooter in the app, as well as make other personal settings. The Northern Lights S1’s accelerator is equipped with a safety function that prevents it from running if you touch it. This is practical when, for example, you are standing at a pedestrian crossing. It must therefore be kicked to start. This is called “non zero start” and can be turned off in the app if you do not want to kick to start.
